Getting Started

Download the DMG file from your account after purchase. Open it, drag the app to your Applications folder, and launch it. The app will automatically download any required AI models on first run.

VexLogic software requires a Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) and at least 16GB of unified memory. macOS 14 Sonoma or later is recommended.

Only for the initial model download on first launch. After that, our software works completely offline. All processing runs locally on your machine.

Account & Access

Sign in to your VexLogic account and navigate to your dashboard. All your licenses and downloads are available there.

Each license covers a set number of activations (typically up to 3 devices). You can manage your activations from your account dashboard.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the sign-in page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

Licensing & Pricing

One purchase gives you a lifetime license. The license is tied to your Mac's hardware. If you need to transfer it to a new Mac, contact our support team.

Yes. All future updates are included with your purchase. No additional fees, no upgrade charges.

We offer a 14-day refund policy. If the software doesn't meet your expectations, contact support@vexlogic.com for a full refund.

Technical

All data is stored locally on your Mac. Nothing is sent to the cloud. Your files, settings, and generated content remain entirely on your device.

Automatically. When you first launch the software, it downloads the required models from our servers. No manual setup, no terminal commands, no configuration files.
