2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the software on a single computer. The license is tied to the hardware of the machine on which it is activated.

• One license per computer.
• Lifetime duration — no expiry.
• Includes all future updates at no additional cost.
• License transfer to a new machine available upon request via support.

3. Ownership of Generated Content

All content you generate using VexLogic software is yours. You retain full ownership and may use it for personal or commercial purposes without restriction or attribution.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment & Refunds

VexLogic software is available as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact support@vexlogic.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VexLogic software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the content generated by users.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VexLogic Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of VexLogic software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
